Hello! I am Bhuvin Buddhdev, MD FCCP

As a dedicated Pulmonologist, my journey has been fueled by a deep passion for advanced lung diseases and lung transplantation. My medical career began with an Internal Medicine residency at Abington Jefferson Health in the vibrant city of Philadelphia. Eager to expand my expertise, I then pursued a fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep & Allergy at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.

My path led me to the sun-soaked deserts of Arizona, where I joined the esteemed Norton Thoracic Institute at St Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in Phoenix. Initially, I served as a Lung Transplant Fellow, and eventually as Transplant Pulmonologist since 2019. My commitment to the field has allowed me to establish and currently serve as Director of Pulmonary Hypertension Program as well as Co-direct Interstitial Lung Disease Program.

In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am actively involved as an Investigator in various clinical trials focused on pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, and lung transplantation, striving to advance our understanding and treatment of these complex conditions.
